The Villages Group supports Palestinians’ Community Resilience, via the fostering of long-term friendships and partnerships, expressing solidarity and responding to communities' needs.

The Villages Group (formally registered as Hibuk Olam since 2013) has been active for more than 20 years in the region of "Masafer Yatta" (South Mt. Hebron, in southernmost West Bank). The group supports locals in building their capacities and in their steadfastness (Sumoud) to stay on their lands. Since the outbreak of war on October 7th 2023, in response to the grave escalation in Israel's ongoing efforts to uproot Masafer Yatta's Palestinian residents, the group has increased its own efforts, visiting communities a few times a week (instead of once), bringing essential supplies (e.g. food, medicine, communication means, funding legal aid, and more) and disseminating frequent reports on the communities' steadfastness in the face of violent assaults by the Israeli military and settlers.
